| #1WolfStar76Nov 07, 2008 6:53:27 | Just a quick note - as a matter of fair warning, this forum, by its very nature as a module review forum may contain spoilers. If you don't want to ruin your experience with a module you haven't played yet - don't risk it, and don't read about those modules. That said, as a matter of simple common courtesy, if you are going to post information that's even remotely spoiler-ish, there are a few things you can do to help prevent accidental spoilage. [indent]1) Announce potential spoilers. If you're creating a thread, and you intend to discuss potential spoiler information, you should mention that in the subject line. This will help readers avoid that style of thread completely. Replies that have spoiler information should also list "**SPOILER BELOW**" or some similar text to let people know what they can/can't safely read. 2) Spoiler commands There are also options to hide spoiler text in your posts. The first, and simplest is to use the [noparse] Show and |

| #6WolfStar76Nov 07, 2008 14:03:05 | Bah, seems other tasks I requested got done, but this remains un-stuck. I'll make a new request. . . and start looking for other threads that may have been astickied by mistake. |

| #8kithranNov 08, 2008 8:04:00 | Can I suggest the main subject be expanded to also include how to get comments to writers - basically contact the POC who can forward messages to the writing directors and have a link to the list of POC's Kithran Luruar POC |
| #9timlagorNov 08, 2008 10:56:36 | ..or we could just post our comments here! :D |
| #10kithranNov 08, 2008 11:49:20 | ..or we could just post our comments here! :D Yes but my idea behind that suggestions was there are times when people want to make sure the comments go to the writers or have questions they want answered in a hurry that can only be answered by admins. Would you like that added to this post, or would you, perhaps, prefer a separate sticky? I also want to be a bit cautious about duplicating information available on the LFR portion of the RPGA site. |
| #12telvin3dNov 09, 2008 19:54:52 | The vast majority of the RPGA site gets updated so rarely and sporadicly that I am sure that I am not alone in assuming that anything without a recent date stamp attached is no longer current or valid. |
| #13kithranNov 10, 2008 5:36:54 | Would you like that added to this post, or would you, perhaps, prefer a separate sticky? It depends on how many stickies we need (given the limit of 3 per forum). My though was as all is required would be a statement along the lines of: If you have any comments or questions regarding a specific adventure that you feel should be addresses to the author of the adventure then you can send a message via the POC for the region, or in the case of Core or Adaptable Adventures or where there is no POC for the region via the POC of your region. Details of who the POCs are can be found here I'd definitely not want the information duplicated (as that is asking for it to go out of sync). Given its short length I'd suggest it need not have a thread on its own. Kithran Luruar POC |

The spoiler tag is no good if you are on a device that does not allow you to select text, where as the sblock tag can be expanded. So, if anyone out there is wondering which tag to use, go with the sblock and be kind to those of use that sometimes check the site on their phones when bored. |
