Is there any information when the Unknown Entity quest (from TYMA1-3) will be continued?  I want to make sure I don't level out of range with the character who played this.

Well, as a Major Quest from Year 1 we would expect it to be followed up in Year 2 (calendar year 2010) and since TYMA1-3 was for levels 7-10, the next one will almost certainly be Paragon because so much (real-world) time will have passed between parts of the series.  I also know that it will definitely not be TYMA2-1.  For me to offer any suggestions beyond that would pretty much be speculation because so much can change between now and then.

But if you keep your preferred character from going above the level 13-14 range then you would be ready to play at high tier if the adventure comes out for levels 11-14, and if it comes out for levels 14-17, you would either be ready to play at low tier or at least be within striking distance from an XP standpoint.
