| #2Madfox11Nov 11, 2008 9:25:03 | You do realize that a search on the D&D site would reveal that info? ;) ADAP1-1 is the adaptation of the adventure in the FRCG and it is for 1st and 2nd level PCs only. Scepter starts at level 2 and takes a character to level 4 or 5, but you must be 1st or 2nd level to start the whole series (you cannot start it with a higher level character). |
| #3Tahjn2007Nov 11, 2008 11:11:28 | So if you hit level 3 mid way through Adap 1-1 would you have to stop playing it(I ask because the guy that might be running it gave me the impression that it would take more than one session to run it.) |
| #4klobbermeisterNov 11, 2008 11:25:36 | No, you could level to 5 or 6 theoretically before the whole shebang is over. But you can't start it at other than 1st or 2nd level. |

You only receive experience at the conclusion of ADAP1-1, so there is no risk of reaching 3rd midstream and getting booted. This is even true if the adventure is run over multiple sessions, as the adventure gives instructions to give xp at the end. |
| #6Tahjn2007Nov 11, 2008 21:51:06 | So just so I understand perfectly clear, if my character has 2249 xp he would still be able to play in ADAP 1-1? |
| #7ganadaiNov 12, 2008 0:19:39 | So just so I understand perfectly clear, if my character has 2249 xp he would still be able to play in ADAP 1-1? Yes. ADAP1-1 Barrow of the Ogre King An adventure set in Loudwater for characters levels 1-2. ADAP1-2 FR1 Scepter Tower of Spellgard This stand-alone adventure is designed to take characters from 2nd level to 5th level. Note: This is a 3-part adaptation; the parts must be played in order, and a character cannot play other adventures in between the parts of this adventure. |
