Are these new items going to be included in new adventures in the realms or even retroactively added to adventures for the new classes? I am also aware they can also use wands as their implement.

I'd assume the new magic items will start showing up in modules eventually, though it won't be for a few more months yet. (July at the absolute earliest.) They aren't going to go back and retrofit old modules with new items. If you want an implement for your bard, pick up a wand out of a module. For the next few months, you'll have to buy a songblade or instrument if you want it.
