Characters made for Worldwide D&D days

This is a question that has come up from several players I know....

When you create a charater for worldwide D&D events (instead of using the premades), are you able to use that character in other LFR mods (ie 6th lvl character in H2 mods)?

I've tried disecting the LFR character creation rules on this topic, but I don't see anything.

From the CCG v1.95, page 6, right-hand column.
Living Forgotten Realms characters are created using all the rules presented in the RPGA Character Creation Guide (and start at 1st level just like many characters), but have some additional options and considerations due to the nature of the campaign.
