Dealing with conditions in P1

I've been noticing many adventures in P1 like to spam conditions.  One adventure the PC's were immobilized from three different sources, and lacking any ranged PC's, it took 3 rounds before one of them was able to save against all 3 sources and not get immobilized again before their next turn.  A few others I've seen spam at-will dominate from multiple enemies, which is especially threatening when you only have 4 PC's and 2 or more of them are dominated the entire combat.  Then there are also adventures that stun multiple PC's at-will.  To top it all off, these conditions are often not save ends, but last until the enemies next turn, so there are very few options available to the PC's to counter the conditions.

So, I've started working on leveling a Kalashar Paladin designed specifically to help the party deal with conditions.

What items, feats, powers are available to counter conditions?
What about specific class, feats that allow one or more allies to make saving throws against conditions that are not save ends?

NECK:
Steadfast Amulet, Daily immediate save vs. stunned.

Amulet of inner voice, Daily immediate save vs. dominated.

HEAD:
Carcanet of Psychic Schism, Daily immediate save vs. stunned, dazed, or dominated, but take a -2 penalty to attack rolls and Will.

Coif of Mind Iron, encounter immediate,  lvl 8 end dazed, lvl 18 end dazed or stunned, lvl 28 end dazed, stunned or dominated.

SYMBOL:
Symbol of Freedom can grant a save against dominated, immobilized, restrained, and slowed, even if they're not save ends.

Are there any potions that would be worth taking a potion bandolier or quick draw for?

Get a party-sized stack of Circlets of Arkhosia, and hand them out to the party as necessary.

I don't know about a party sized stack, but a Circlet of Arkhosia combined with an Amulet of Inner Voice would protect against stun and dominate 55% of the time (65% vs. fear and charm effects).  Combined with Kalashtar Dual Soul trait, I should save vs dominate 80~90% of the time before my turn.

One big drawback to Virtue's Touch is that it doesn't remove the immobilized condition.  Even the Symbol of Freedom requires you to hit with an attack and then succeed at a saving throw.
Ring of freedom of movement grants a +5 bonus to saves vs. immobilize which would help, but it's a magic item daily power.
Shard of freedom could also be used, but it's also a magic item daily power, and would require one to know they might become immobilized ahead of time.
Boots of Free Movement seem like the best choice since they are an encounter power.

I'm thinking about taking the Justiciar paragon path primarily for the Strike Me Instead power.  Would anyone recommend another paragon path, perhaps multi-classed, that might be better for countering conditions?

There are a good stack of Barbarain utility powers that can prevent one from being stunned or dazed.  MC feats might help there.

There is a sorcerer utility that allows you to ignore the effects of dazed, dominate and stun for 1 round. So far it is my favorite utility.

Tree of Creation from Dragon Magazine 375 is a 15th level Cleric power that creates a zone that lets allies save vs. dazed, dominated, and stunned at both the beginning and end of their turns.  (It also has some other nice effects such as +2 Will, resist 5 psychic, and a bit of damage to enemies.)  Unfortunately it doesn't help against conditions that are not save ends.  The other problem is that it requires a minor action to sustain, but the Circlet of Continuity (AV2) can help you sustain it while dazed/stunned.

Just Friday the cleric's tree popped my barbarian out of dominate right before I got a chance to drop her... it can be pretty handy

Maiden's Waking, level 10 Sorcerer Utility from Dragon 382

I also like the level 12 Utility power from Questing Knight, Quester's Discipline. It can negate a blind, daze, dominate, stun or weaken against you.

Fighter's Grit, level 10 Fighter utility (MP2), lets you ignore dazed, immobilized, slowed, and weakened to the end of your next turn.  This is regardless of whether the condition is save-ends, end-of-next-turn, part of an aura, etc.

The Fighter paragon path Dreadnought (MP) lets you automatically save against anything that a save can end.  (So, unfortunately it's only save-ends effects.)  It's been errata'd from the book so that you use it as a minor action instead of a free action, but it can still be pretty handy.  (You can minor-action save vs. dazed and then take the rest of your turn.)

There are actually a lot of encounter and daily item powers that allow you to make a save vs condition despite the condition being end of next turn or what-not.

Quori Backlash deals an attacker who inflicts psychic damage, daze or dominate on you automatic 10+WIS damage. In some of the P1-2 mods, that should be absolutely hilarious.

I assume this is why you went kalashtar to begin with...
