This came up in a mod I recently ran. I DME'd the local blacksmith managing to cobble some silver arrowheads (anything more would have possibly been beyond his skill and would have definitely taken a lot longer then a few hours) and when the player said they'd subtract 5 gp I went with that because I had no idea what they would cost.

10 bolts
20 sling bullets
5 shurikens

So is that saying all of that costs 500 gp? Or that each individual item (e.g. 30 arrows) costs 500 gp?

Thirty Arrows is 500gp. Not cheap at all.
