Stacking penalty question for rogue

Nov 17, 2009 21:53:03		If I have a rogue with Intimidate and using a rattling power (-2 to attack) and have the feat Underhanded Tactics (trade 1 dice of sneak for a -2 to attack) will they both stack so next round the bad guy has a -4 penalty to hit me?

Nov 18, 2009 2:21:37 		Yep, penalties stack unless they are specifically noted otherwise. Note that two Rattling powers would not stack penalties, if used with an action point.
