#1 shockwarrior Sep 17, 2009 8:18:11	Playing RPGA LFR with a Bladeling Renegade (Monk). You get the "Razor Storm" Feat and when you choose "Improved Razor Storm" does it replace the first feat or just give you an additional feat to choose from? Does the "Centered Fury of Blows" work one a target you have used "Improved/Razor Storm" on? (If you also know where these are referenced  that would be great as I need to read it also)
#2 Dragon9 Sep 17, 2009 14:30:30	It replaces the feat.  The benefit line reads: Benefit: Replace your razor storm power with the following power. If you use it then Centered Flurry of Blows, you can only Flurry against one creature as the CFoB power is Target: One creature.  after you are 21st level you can target one or two creatures.  The fact that you used a close burst power doesn't change the target restrictions of CFoB.   EDIT: Also don't forget that you need a Bladeling Renegade rewards card to be able to play a Bladeling.  Just saying.
