Which dragon could my Deva serve?

I ramble on a bit. if you want to help answer my question, go to the third last paragraph.

My DM mentioned all of my characters are gold-hungry (as in, they have difficulty finding motivation to go on quests without the lure of gold), and most of them are. I've made and played 4 who aren't gold-hungry, but 3 of them have accidentally fallen off to become quite enthusiastic about money. Those characters are:
* Orsik of the mighty Clan Frostsilver (dwarven fighter). Orsik left Eartheart after a few of his clanmates had gone to adventure. He also wanted to adventure, although he wasn't too sure how to go about it. At first he tried being all enthusiastic and saying "we don't need to be paid! We'll do it for free." However one of his clanmates yelled at him before pointing out that they could use the gold to pay off their bar-tab. He thought that was a jolly-good idea. So he's always looking for gold. But only to buy better equipment to be a better adventurer, and also to pay off his bar tab (Clan Frostsilver always pay our loans!). Unfortunately he's journeying with a clanmate who happens to be a rogue. She's being a terrible influence on Orsik.

* Belgos, my homeless drow from Menzoberrorenean (drow swordmage). He survived the destruction of his city and was living in the Underdark for a few years afterwards. However he's no Drizzt Do'urden, so he was forced to head to the surface where it wasn't quite so deadly. He was dying when an elderly human wizard found him and nutured him to health. The human was nothing but kind to Belgos who attempted to kill him over the years. Eventually Belgos learnt some of the magic.

After the human died Belgos has journeyed through Faerun, attempting to understand the human's kindness and to perhaps even become kind himself. However recently he came across an Elven Ranger called Mevis (who was a PC I met in DRAG1-3: Master and Servant). Mevis impressed Belgos for not only being a superb fighter. But also for being a Netherese agent (or so belgos thinks due to a certain story reward Mevis used to his advantage in this mod). Belgos is quite impressed by this Mevis as he was taught that elves are everything drow aren't, and yet this elf was exactly what a drow should be.

Belgos hopes to adventure with Mevis again in the future. And he's starting to think if an elf can act like a drow, maybe being a drow aint so bad after all. If Mevis does corrupt Belgos, he'll become a greedy drow once more (and thus I'll eventually have to stop playing him as I become more and more evil ;))

* Father Murphy (my Warforged Cleric of Tempus). Murphy was dug up by a wandering priest of tempus after being divinely guided. Murphy journeyed with the priest for the rest of that priest's life, learning the rites and prayers of Tempus. He now journeys, doing the good work of Tempus. Surely Father Murphy isn't interested in gold?

Well he wasn't. Until he went to Baldur's Gate and met a drow. The city was in a panic and so Father Murphy went to help. This drow wanted to loot abandoned houses to which Father Murphy was quite offended. The drow diplomatically pointed out that there might be people trapped inside and that if they happen to quickly pick up some gems while searching for people, where's the harm? After all, surely they should be compensated. Father Murphy saw no harm in that, as long as they were quick.

He has thought long and hard about what that drow said. And he now asks for donations to his mobile church so he can help do the good deeds of Tempus. He won't refuse work without gold, but he will be disappointed.

* Finally there's Alek (human warlock). Alek doesn't look for gold. He was simply interested in learning about his magical abilities. However Alek is only level 2. There's still plenty of time for him to become corrupted :P

So I thought I should make a character who will never, ever become corrupted and become gold-hungry. I've been wanting to make a Deva character, and I've also wanted to make a Draconic Sorcerer. Tonight I thought why not combine the two.

So my Deva's story will be he remembers worshipping the Mulhorand pantheon. He was reborn 60 years ago and has a sense of a great lost so he searched for a new cause to embrace. He was reborn near a dragon lair. This Dragon took my Deva in to become his faithful servant. For 60 years my Deva took care of this Dragon. When he was off on some task one day, some adventurers killed the Dragon and looted the Dragon's hoard. My Deva instantly felt the loss and also felt something strange happen inside him. He ran home and found quite a bit of the hoard gone, along with the dead dragon's body.

For a year he dug a hole to bury the dragon inside. He buried the dragon (who was decaying and smelling quite awful by this point) and then spent another 6 months filling the hole back up. With this last task done, he spent some time thinking about the strange things that had been happening while he dug the hole. The Deva sensed he had some of the Dragon's magic inside him. Now the Deva searches the world to find those adventurers who not only killed his master. But plundered his master's hoard. Having had his master's hoard plundered, the Deva will never, ever take gold or treasure from a dungeon (although he will accept payment from an employer for services rendered. That way I do get treasure for the mods ;)).

So I'm wondering what sort of dragon would my Deva have served (and which dragon magic should I take? The choices are acid, cold, fire thunder, lightning and poison)? I don't want it to be an evil dragon, as my Deva will probably reflect his master's beliefs and habits.
