You could get the PDF and then print it, though. It's not like the folks at Kinko's really care about copyright that much, and it wouldn't be a violation anyway. Double-sided printing, spiral binding, plastic covers. Wouldn't cost all that much, and then you could "try before you buy"; purchase the PDF to see if you want to spend more money on printing.

Chapter 3: New Feats and Equipment. We designed the feats detailed here especially for the new character classes introduced in the previous chapter and for the Colombia setting. Chapter 4: Rebel Movements. Introduction: Most people living in the western world have a hard time understanding why there is so much guerilla violence in Latin America. It seems to have hit the area like a plague in the mid-20th century. Bolivia, Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Nicaragua, EI Salvador, Cuba, and even Mexico have or have had guerilla problems. For the most part, the combining factors were the attempt by western countries to export capitalism and industrialism into the area at the same time Russia, China, and later Cuba, started exporting communist revolution. (history lesson-ish with great references)
Chapter 5: Roleplaying in a Guerilla Army. Introduction: If your group decides to roleplay a revolutionary group, there are a few important issues to consider. First off, what is the purpose of the revolution? Related to that, what does the current government do wrong, and with what political system do you propose to replace it? Also, how will the party go about drawing attention to their cause and winning the hearts and minds of the people? Where will the party operate? How will they keep themselves undiscovered? Finally, how will the party supply themselves? These questions apply as well to a referee who runs a guerilla group as the players' opponents.
Chapter 6: Sample City - Medilaca. (Background flavor and fluff with Major and minor factions, etc. Great stuff with many hooks and seeds.) Note: This city represents an amalgamation of several locations in Colombia. In an effort to avoid putting the location in a specific area, several of the more interesting elements of each region find themselves in this quasi-fictional town. Nevertheless, the heaviest influence on the city mirrors the contested real-life town of Barraca, which has recently appeared in the news as a heavy battleground between the paramilitaries, the government and the guerillas.
Chapter 7: Introductory Adventure - The Cano Limnon Pipeline '96 (Suitable for 4-6 characters of 3-5th level) Initially, the player's primary task involves escorting a reporter to the site of a recent attack on the pipeline. However, the reporter is actually the wife of a kidnapped local contracting pipeline engineer. Rebels kidnapped her husband months ago and she traced the kidnappers using paramilitary contacts to this pipeline attack. The paramilitaries would like to eliminate the rebel cell. However, the reporter wants her husband back safely. She has hired the characters to keep the paramilitaries from storming in and getting her husband killed.
Chapter 8: The Missing Doctor Veranda (Suitable for 4-6 characters of 6-8th level) Introduction: In this adventure, the insurance company of a bio-pharmaceutical corporation approaches the characters with a mission. One of their field scientists has gone missing. After two weeks, no ransom note arrived. They need help. The insurance company does significant business with this client and truly wants to get the researcher back alive.

Colombia rebel groups 'to unite'

Two of Colombia's biggest rebel groups have announced they intend to unite with each other against the country's US-backed security forces.
The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Farc) and the National Liberation Army (ELN) said they were "on our way toward working for unity".
Farc and the smaller ELN have deep ideological differences.
Their union could have a significant effect on the 45-year civil conflict, the BBC's Jeremy McDermott says.
Together, they could present a significantly greater danger to the state than they currently do divided, he adds.
The surprise announcement was made on a website known for its links with Farc.
"Our only enemy is North American Imperialism and its oligarchic lackeys," the statement said.
But it remains to be seen whether the two rebel groups can overcome their differences, our correspondent says.
Farc has in the past tried to absorb ELN, although the smaller group proved to be stronger than expected, beating back the Farc in several areas.
The Farc is Colombia's oldest and largest left-wing rebel group. It was once thought to have some 16,000 fighters, but reports suggest it now has around 9,000. The group is rural-based and finances itself through drug trafficking.
The ELN was formed in 1965 by intellectuals inspired by the Cuban revolution, and is more political, having succeeded in recruiting in cities and towns.
The Farc has suffered several defeats at the hands of conservative President Alvaro Uribe's security forces.
Now under new leadership, it is steering a new path, and allying itself with former enemies to try to recover lost ground, our correspondent says.

Actually, Kinko's refused my request one time. I think it was the Star Wars Episode III PDF for the Revised Core Rulebook; they wouldn't print it for me.
