So my DM is trying too tell me that CMA only alows me to use punches and I think he is dumb as it alws mw too make unarmed attacks and do lethal damage which means I can kick punch knee head butt or whatever, he is saying thats somthing only the advanced class martial artist  can do and I think he is wrong

Let's see if I can make any sensible comments, from which book are you taking CMA from and what level is you PC....  I would have to see if I have the PDF or book to reference... and for starters you are not simply limited to punches but can kick, knee, gouge his eyes, open palm attacks, etcetera.... you just would be open briefly to his attacks while you attempt a roundhouse spin kick to his face which your opponent could block or grab thus throwing you off balance.

Also, your PC for all intents without the rank could just roughly street brawl his opponent... i.e. your successfully grapple the NPC's head and then choose to knee him for the remaining attacks dealing whatever you get for knee-kicking your opponent or attempt to trip him with your foot... and the next round your PC and NPC make checks to see if the NPC breaks free or not... let's say he breaks free and is momentarily disoriented allowing you to kick or punch him or charge him and knocking him down where you proceed to waylay with furious blows/etcetera while on top of him

Now knowing  a Martial Arts means you know a set style say Aikkido, Karate, or Tae Kwon Doe thus knowing the katas, the punches and kick, and where to hit you opponent doing the maximum damage allowed... you also would know depending on your style how to disarm your opponent of his weapon, deflect and move around your opponents attacks or how to catch his attacks and use them to disable him with chokeholds or subdueing him to the ground

useing it out of the core book it stats that my unarmed attacks do 1D4 lethal damage rather then 1D3 sub but what we are arguing about is he is saying that the feat only alows me too do anything but punch, I dont see the feat as saying that it just say that I am considered armed when and do lethal while doing unarmed attacks, I'm lvl 2 but I dont see how that makes any diffrence too the types of attacks I can use cuz how could I know hoe too punch but not kick

You make good points and as I mentioned when you start learning Martial Arts in real life then logically the same could be said for your PC... thus your character learns not only how to punch and kick and where to strike to deal the most damage i.e. kicking to shatter your opponents kneecap or thrusting your hand with the fingers fully extended into his throat.

I have five related PDF's on my Flash Drive that deal with Martial Art and from the Martial Arts Mayhem book installments
