What settings for d20 Modern were published in Dragon, Dungeon or Polyhedron?

I know there was GeneTech and ShadowChasers...

Are you looking just for stuff from those mags? If so, I can't help you, didn't subscribe to any of them.

There are a few Campaigns listed under the Homebrew D20 section at www.dandwiki.com that you could extend upon... and aside from seeking copies of the listed magazines on amazon not much I could help with or you could ask suggestions from your players of what type of campaigns they want to play...

Wikipedia's d20 Modern page list:

Dark*Matter: Shades of Grey
Mecha Crusade
Pulp Heroes
Thunderball Rally
Shadow Chassers (also in d20 Modern book)

Genetech is not on that page but is another one (also in d20 Future)

Not all the mini-games listed by Rustam1 are d20 modern games.  V is for Victory and Omega World for example I know are not d20 modern settings.

I beg to differ, mon ami, "V for Victory" is a WWII d20 minigame...d20 Modern (d20 Past) and "Omega World" is also a post-apoc d20 minigame...d20 Modern (d20 Apocalypse).

V for Victory and Omega World could both be done in d20 Modern.  White Wolf's Gamma World was done with d20 Modern.  However, those two d20 minigames are not d20 Modern games.  They do not use the Strong Hero, Fast Hero, Tough Hero, etc. clasess.  They were made before d20 Modern.  There is a note at the beginning of V for Victory about this.

I see, the difference here is between a d20 game and a d20 Modern game. Important distinction.

okay... d20 system

Omega World (2002)

In September 2002, Omega World, a d20 System mini-game based on Gamma World and written by Jonathan Tweet, was published in Dungeon 94/Polyhedron 153. Tweet does not plan any expansions for the game, although it received a warm reception from Gamma World fans and players new to the concept alike.

---------edit---------
well, my apologies, fine print says use dnd PHB, DMG, & MM.  go figure.

There was a small whirlwind of games built on the d20 system when the only source for that was D&D. Then after that, there's another whirlwind of games built off of d20 Modern, specifically. And then, of course, there's a whole crap-load of them that are a hybrid of both and/or shoot off in their own direction. It's not always clear which is which, but thinking about how close they are to each other can be useful.
