Digital Monster-sheet ?

Your players are just taking a small vacation out of your campaign and you simply don't have the time to search for monsters or NPC to send against them.

So my humble request is:  Does anybody know a program which

1. Is capable of producing random NPC (NPC Generator)
                                     and/or
2. Has functions to search monsters and/or add Templates to monsters ?
