#1 atanakar Aug 28, 2009 14:35:52	What is your favorite method of ending a campaign? Have you ever managed to end a campaign properly or have they always just fizzled out slowly or explode with a bang?
#2 narukagami Aug 28, 2009 14:42:43	None of my Modern campaigns, nor any campaign I've gotten to play in, have actually ended in a climax. They've all managed to just fizzle out for various reasons beyond the groups' control.

#4 narukagami Aug 28, 2009 15:19:01	Do you mean moving away and stuff like that? More or less, yeah. Though I should clarify that when I say "any campaign" I meant Modern campaigns. I've had a few D&D games that ended well. Also I should mention I excluded Modern one-shot adventures, because those always end at a predetermined goal without as much development and flair as a long-running campaign.
