Hello, freinds! I am a DnD fan, and I am trying to start a d20 Futuristic Campaign. I have all the books I need, but I need some opinions, some help, and a bit of Information...

First of all, I am going to Give you my Campaign Info so Far:

Setting:
Earth II, Year 1370 of the New Revolution.

Other Places:
Luna II; Asteroid IX; Battle Field Xeta

Story:
War has struck between the Earth II Government and the Rebels of Asteroid IX. When the war Becomes more and more fearsome, the inhabitants of Earth II become infuriated by the war. A new society, Angel, Arises. With the new Technology They have Created, They plan on stopping this war once and for all. But, it just brings them into a whole new playing field…

Just so you Know, this is going to consist of a lot of Mech Battles. So, opinions? What should I change, or what should I add? Just let me know.

Next, how should I run the world, Earth II. It has PL8. The Government consists of 5 people, each one runs a different subject of the world. With their Military power, they are corrupt. The Rebels are People who decided to Fight Back against Earth II, and still are. When the war has been going on to long, and after many civilians died, some Residents of Earth II have decided to stop the war. They created some of the most powerful Mechs ever to stop the war, but instead, they just make it worse... I don't know how to stat the Mecha's. I need help with that, as well. Thank you, in advance!

Are they "corrupt" in the decadent sense, or are they "corrupt" in the power-mad sense? Being the motivation of the rulers, this will guide your campaign and how the rebels, as well as the common folk, interact with and respond to the government. They will tend to fight on common ground.

Then the government is going to have a lot of "misplaced" records and there will be tons of tense, heart-stopping moments of get past the guards or die. Then there's going to be lots of back-alley or decrepit meeting place intrigue and sudden police raids that may or may not have anything to do with your group of rebels. The government may catch on to one of the members, or maybe just because a member knows someone who got in trouble, or maybe even for something that is unrelated to the group, but doesn't mean they've caught on to the whole group. There are going to be all manner of reasons for the government to pop in unannounced, stir up trouble and leave, even sometimes without provocation, but simply for random inspections. Some rebel members may be very familiar with a particular official, maybe for the official's curiosity in the member's activities, or maybe because that member has an in through that official by lubricating palms. Maybe the curious official turns out to merely want to have his palm lubricated.

Then there will be tons of prejudice on the part of the despots against anyone who might be perceived to disrupt the social order. This would include the usual racial, religious, political, and sexual biases.
