Has anyone ever sued over d20?

Apr 14, 2008 14:24:29		I am currious to know if anyone has ever sued over d20? I'm not planning on suing or being sued - I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of it actually happening. It helps set a precident for how careful everyone really needs to be.

There has definitely been threat of legal action at least-- Wizards of the Coast has protected its intellectual property in the past by issuing cease and desist orders. The only one I know of for sure is PC Gen, which I used to use until it was no longer allowed to keep up with the WotC books.
