I do some work for a company that creates 3D graphic resources and as part of that I get to test out new stuff. As I have things to share I'll post them and you can use them in your games. I do these just for fun, so occasionally I'll do requests, but it's not a money maker and it takes time. Keep it reasonable and I'll do what I can.

Ugly ruff sketch, cut out.

Ignore the stats block, I'll change those.

Its the cross section of a ship with radial symmetry for an aquatic race,
It shows that opposite ends of the axis of symmetry (marked 0), and the features occur 3 times. It is mostly spheres and cylinders of a transparent energy shield (light lines). the cylinder to the upper left is the energy weapon mount, and to the middle right is a missile tower. The lower portion of the missile tower is cylindrical ending in a hemisphere covered partially by an engine device. The irregular spots inside the ship in the lower portion are coral formations. The ovoids between two squarish sections on the surface of the shield are the shield generators and should be segmented with a blue glow. The interior wavy/irregular light line indicates the water's surface. If doing the interior like this is too hard go ahead and color the shield surface blue.
The light circles inside the structural Dark lines inside the ship indicate reactors.

I think this can be done with crude primitives, but some idea of color and scale would help. Lemme do some roughs over the weekend and see what I can come up with.

I've got some generic sets I can post for illustrations if anyone wants.

The metal should be silvery, like the forerunner structures in Halo, maybe with some gold trim in spots. Light blue glow for the engines and reactors. Deep oceanic blue for the water, pastels for the coral if you choose to do that. Give it sort of a crusader look.
The scale is given on the outside with the grid, 825 feet tall, and the main sphere is 200 feet in radius.
[ flavor text] It is a mobile Fortress. It towers over the ocean and lifts from the deep blue
to hunt for the enemy and cut him down. [/ flavor text]

Hey Ikyotojin,
Do you think I could borrow a couple of your city-images as illustrations for my paper on Aldous Huxley's Brave New World novel? I'll give you the credits for it, of course. I'd really appreciate that.

I put them out for folks to use, so go for it. No credit required, but if they want source, just drop me a note and I'll give you my name to tack on.

If it doesn't bother you, I'd like your name on the paper if I use your pictures. Just artistic courtesy from a fellow 'artist' I guess. ;) I draw/paint though.
