Taking a swing at statting this for anyone who might want to use it in their campaign.

Thus far I have two versions, one is cooler than the other IMO, but the other doesn't have any new rules implemented.

Version 1

Vector
Damage: 2d6
Critical: 20 (x2)
Type: Ballistic
Range: 70ft
Rate of Fire: S, A
Mag: 13 (or 30 with extended magazine)
Size: Large (considering medium size)
Weight: 6lb
Purchase DC: ~26
Restriction: Res (+2)
Special: Burst Fire switch that allows a character with the Burst Fire feat to make a burst attack and only spend 3 rounds.

Version 2 (possibly a little fanboyed. >_>)

Vector
Damage: 2d6
Critical: 20 (x2)
Type: Ballistic
Range: 40ft
Rate of Fire: S, A
Mag: 13 (or 30 with extended magazine)
Size: Large (considering medium size)
Weight: 6lb
Purchase DC: ~26
Restriction: Res (+2)
Special 1: Burst fire switch that allows a character with the Burst Fire feat to make a burst attack and only spend 3 rounds.
Special 2: Characters making burstfire attacks with the Vector take only a -2 penalty instead of a -4. Characters making double-tap attacks with the Vector only take a -1 penalty instead of a -2.

For your special 2, I would use the G11 rules from Ultramodern Firearms instead of what you have. In other words, when a burst fire is used it suffers a penalty of -2 instead of -4. If you wanted that rule to include double taps, you could have double taps suffer a -1 instead of -2.

Done. Thanks a bunch. I own Ultramodern Firearms, but never saw the G11. Good find. >_>

I'm not ... comfortable ... with a 45acp gun getting Range 70
well, not without a 32" bull barrel & artillery sight

That's why I prefer the second set of rules, which make more sense for what the gun is supposed to do.
Otherwise I'm not really sure how to stat up the weapon. I feel giving it the same stats as an MP5 would be cheating it somewhat, and the +1 mastercraft bonus to attack for the entire model due to "high quality" is bogus on any gun, IMHO.
