Look in my signature in the Land of Nod: A Sci-Fi Campaign Setting Using Modified Star Wars Saga Rules.

In the first thread of that post is a link to my Modified Star Wars Saga Rules for the Land of Nod.

Basically, my goal was to take the Saga ruleset, and slightly modify it so that it would run a little less "cinematic" and a little more "gritty." Pretty much, less of your Reflex Defense comes from your level, more of your Reflex Defense comes from cover. Armor no longer grants a bonus to Reflex Defense, but instead grants a bonus to DR (which means that the message is, "everyone should wear armor if they walk into a fight," not "highly trained armor users can benefit from armor in a fight"). Armor also imposes a penalty on certain skill checks regardless of whether you are trained or not. And, some characters just suck at using some skills. You only gain 1/2 your level as a bonus to skill checks if the skill in question is a class skill. Its not really a "conversion of Modern to Saga rules," its more of a "Modernization of the Saga Ruleset." It may or may not be what you are looking for. I hope that helps.

Uncanny Midnight Tales, by John "The Gneech" Robey

Madison has many strange tales to tell; in Uncanny Midnight Tales, you play the participants of these tales, those who by choice or circumstance find themselves confronting the strange, investigating the unknown, and protecting a helpless and unknowing world from the horrors that would devour it.
