#2 AnimeSniper May 17, 2015 8:08:59	Aside from the mere suggestion of better outline or reference to RAW from the Core books on basic PC/NPC generation looks good...   You could also make splatbooks highlighting key NPC characters and the relevance to the historical timeline for GM's and maybe a little more backstory on races like the Saiyans for non-DBZ savy players
