Unlike Backstab or Sneak Attack, or cheeseball Future class hooey,
anyone that can spank some newb gets to enjoy the benefits of the Pwned Attack

Pwned Attack
Pwned attacks may be taken against a target that has failed a Spot or Listen check to locate the otherwise not yet detected attacker. This does not allow iterative attacks to receive Pwned benefit, unless there is cause for the attacker to remain undetected for each attack.
Prerequisite: 1 rank in Hide or Move Silently
Benefit: A successful Pwned Attack adds 1d3 Morale Bonus to damage dealt, cause who doesnt feel good when they get to pwn some loser newb. This damage does stack with other morale effects.

Pwned Hard
Prerequisite: Pwned Attack feat
Benefit: A successful Pwned Attack adds 2d3 Morale Bonus to damage dealt
Normal: Pwned Attacks add 1d3 damage

Major Pwnage
Prerequisite: Pwned Hard feat
Benefit: A successful Pwned Attack adds 3d3 Morale Bonus to damage dealt
Normal: Pwned Hard add 2d3 damage

OMG ULzr Pwned
Prerequisite:Major Pwnage feat
Benefit: A successful Pwned Attack adds 4d3 Morale Bonus to damage dealt
Normal: Major Pwnage add 3d3 damage

Beyond Pwned
Prerequisite:OMG ULzr Pwned feat
Benefit: A successful Pwned Attack adds 5d3 Morale Bonus to damage dealt
All allies of target that witness(audio/visual, even remotely) a spanking of this magnitude must make a WillDC15 save to avoid being Shaken 1 round out of embarrassment for knowing the guy that got Pwned
Normal: OMG ULzr Pwnage add 4d3 damage

This is hilarious. Can I add it to the Tongue-in-Cheek feats in Phoenix?

I have one question, though: why 1d3's? They're really awkward to work with.

Why d3's ?

d6 would be too much,
more so that it would be too much too fast if it is just a feat tree independant of BAB or Skill advancements. I wanted this to be availibe to whatever class wanted to pursue it, and it would be too harsh on Smarts to do high BAB or Hide reqs.

I wanted it to be progressive, and not unbalancing for a rookie to get low level. I considered d4 and increasing die size, but then it would seem weak at mid-high level that you only get +1d8 after giving up 3 other Level feats to get it.

I hate rolling 1's, so I went with multiple dice .... I really hate +1d20 damage that yields just 1 every other time I get to use it

Anyhoo
I figured we could use a Sneak Attack type effect in Modern,
but didnt want it to be class or range (Barret with in 30' ) dependant

You can rename them if you wanted ( Sneak, Imp Sneak, Greater Sneak, Adv Sneak, Sneavious)

GG all! GG!

Nice work, backstabbist.

Perhaps we need some nerf-bat/whining feats to go along with these, like "That's Soooo Overpowered!" which debuffs an aspect of an item/person?

Don't forget the Epic Fail and Epic Win Feats, who's benefits are only attainable on a roll of 1 and 20 (respectively).

The Nerf of Fate
Prior to initiative being rolled, the caller of the Nerf of Fate rolls a d6 to determine what effect it will have. Multiple callings may be done by each side, but only once per participant. The Nerf of Fate stays in effect until the next time an initiative roll is required.
Requirements: Fate check DC18, unmodified d20, one attempt per open feat slot
Benefit: All bonuses and penalties typed the same as the Nerf of Fate are suspended. The type is determined by d6 table:
1: None, you have displeased the gods of RAW and must suffer their wrath
2: Equipment Bonus, including MC/MW, armors, and skills equipment
3: Circumstance & Synergy
4: Competence & Morale
5: Enchantment & any FX sourced "bonus"
6: Ability modifiers, including Str/Dex ToHit, Damage, Saves, & Skills rolls

Is the allies effect 'Shaken' a good fit,
or should we go with something else?

As is, "Shaken" is good, but i'd add a customary 1 HP damage from whiplash as their heads slightly wrench to the side out of embarrassment.

New combat option.

I thought this would be a Backstab / Sneak Attack replacement,
but it seems to be fleshing out as an Angst / SocialWarfare / PsyOps system
... which is cool, we needed one of them too

Tea-bagging

I think this means something very different where you come from and I come from :embarrass

It's a first person shooter term, at least the way he's using it. Basically, you walk over your enemy's corpse in a game, and repeatedly crouch and stand. I'm sure you can gather the image.

That juxtaposition is what made the whole Tax Day Tea Party thing so funny for those of us who knew the popular/internet definition of tea-bagging.

Or, you could just be making my look silly with sarcasm, but that's fine, it's the internet.

I loved the Pwned attack feats, but I'm having trouble coming up with flavour text for them. The first one just says "You like sneaking up on noobs," but beyond that, honestly, I don't know the WoW lingo well enough to write any more. Anyone feel like filling that in.

ok, I did up the rest of the Leet feats

1337 ph347
You are so elite that you are not prone to be Pwned
Prerequisite: BAB +1
Benefit: Any attempts to Pwn you have the extra damage reduced by 1 Die
Normal: You get Pwned like the noob you are

Uber 1337
You are so elite that you are even less prone to be Pwned
Prerequisite: 1337 ph347
Benefit: Any attempts to Pwn you have the extra damage reduced by upto 2 Dice

Epic 1337
Prerequisite: Not for pvp newbs or Carebears.
Any attempt to Pwn you that would hit results in a level check between the Pwner and the Leet. Both roll 1d10 + Level, the LoohooSER suffers 1d6 damage per point difference of rolls. Epic Spank, or Epic Fail... but either way it will end up with screenshots posted in forums.
