The new marvel looks good but we want our own characters. I got the PDF's of the Mutants and Masterminds 2nd edition books and was wanting some info. I noticed theres no levels per say but a beginning power point chart. How does this all play out? How do the characters gain additional points? Is it a "Good job saving little timmy" Here's a point type thing? Any points/advice is appreciated. |
