OGL for 3.x?

Mar 28, 2008 19:23:04		I'm developing an RPG for eventual retail sale. I want to use the OGL for 3.x, but I'm not sure if WotC will be able to pull the rug out from under me with the release of 4E and the SGL or whatever it's called.

Will I be able to sell a 3.x OGL product without fear of legal assault by WotC?

OGL won't go away.

I expect to see Mutants & Masterminds, True20, Pathfinder RPGs to continue.

What will not continue is the d20 System Trademark License.
