paper ships minis?

Jan 06, 2010 0:23:00 I have been running a starship campaign using micromachines to represent ships on the board. And frankly using an F22 for a cruiser just doesnt seem appropriate to me. I was wondering if any one has paper ship minis or a place I could find some that I could use instead. I have tried searching online but my google-fu is weak it would seem. I have also searched on here and I find great links for player models but no ships.

Jan 06, 2010 1:31:24 I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but if you can't find anything that's special-made for these purposes, you could make them yourself without too much trouble. Use Google Image search for pics of the ships you want (Star Wars, BSG, whatever), and then past those JPGs into any simple image-manipulation application so that you can resize them to taste (just switch your measuring to "inches" or "centimetres"). Print, cut (optionally: glue onto card stock), and, voila, your own personal flotilla.

Take a look at www.sjgames.com cardboard heroes series. They may have starships.

An excellent idea that acutally hadn't occured to me. Im sure i could find the ship art used in d20 future size them and paste them on some card stock.

Sah-weet. I am totally going to make a model for the Gunstar from The Last Starfighter and then write some rules for Death Blossom.
