| #1phalimaApr 04, 2008 8:47:23 | A question about robot feats and an inconsistency between d20 Future and Future Tech. pg. 176 of Future, the section on creating Bioreplica player characters, it states that bioreplicas do not get any feats at 1st level, but they acquire new feats with level advancement. pg 85 of Future Tech introduces the Memory Implant feat which allows a robot to choose a starting occupation and to choose a feat a 1st level. However, it also states that this feat must be selected at character generation. If a robot does not get any feats at first level, how can yu select this feat at character generation? I suppose, technically, that if you are generating characters at other than 1st level you could use your first feat after 1st level to get this one, but it doesn't make much sense. Could you choose this feat as your first level feat, allowed because you have this feat? Sounds like a paradox. Any ideas? Thanks. |
