| #3nodaishoMay 23, 2008 0:03:13 | Hmm... Medal of Honor: Allied assault had one, I think I remember one in one of the CoDs as well, but I can't place it. The medal of honor one was the... second set of missions. Hmm, as far as I can find, none of the PC CoDs had a sub pen mission, there was one dam mission, and a mission on a ship, but none in a sub pen. Those games were fun, though, I think I am going to have to reinstall them and hope they work (2 hasn't been). |
| #4para_gunnerMay 23, 2008 3:32:04 | hey - i am bored - i thought i had a file of german u-boat pen images and plans - but i cannot find it so - here is generic ` secret sub base ` lay out ![]() key - 1 - sea way entrances 2 - main hall and sub docks 3 - general stores / workshops 4 - plant rooms - generators , aircon , heating etc etc 5 - fuel bunkers 6 - ordnance - torpedoes / missiles etc 7 - accomodation , mess , recreation 8 - admin , operations , communications , small arms armoury 9 - main entrance / exit obviously the layout of each area will need fleshing out and the fuel and torpedo bunkers really need external loading ramps and or escape hatches but this was just a 5 minuite blast hope it helps |

Minimum 2-4 subs, but it could be increased to 10 if the internal dockyards have a storage method similar to Blue Submarine No.6 3 - general stores / workshops / munitions shops for supplying own munitions 4 - plant rooms - generators , aircon , heating etc etc 5 - fuel bunkers Would have a blast door to contain explosions and fuel lines that could be severed to prevent fire transfer to the pens. 6 - ordnance - torpedoes / missiles etc An automated conveyor system could transport munitions to the sub pens freeing up the corridors and have a blast door to contain explosions 7 - accomodation , mess , recreation location is good but include a small armory for the troops 8 - admin , operations , communications , small arms armoury 9 - main entrance / exit Could be concealed into the landscape with a heavy sec door and concealed defensive weaponry. |

| #8crwydrynyJun 13, 2008 8:19:00 | you could always try useing google earth and looking at navy bases to get a feel for the lay out fo buildings or like others have said use maps from computer games, I know that deus ex has a decient sub base (where the chinese freighter is hidden) which is compleate with ducts, sewers, and alternative paths (such as the crane allowing access to the roof, or the sewer tunnels allowing you to bypass the bulk of the guards). whaqt I suggest is looking at your charicters style of play, do they like all out action games where you go in like rambo and blow everything sky high or do they like the more stealthy approach sneaking past guards and taking routes of least resistance. |
