#1 usually_confused Aug 01, 2009 6:06:37	The brilliant coreline thread gave physical stats for timelords but I am wondering about their mental powers. Any ideas would be welcomed.
#2 TheRealOrion Aug 01, 2009 21:21:04	The Wild Talent feat might be the way to go, because they have limited (and often rather convenient!) mental abilities, but not full-on psionic powers.
#3 dbay Aug 02, 2009 0:17:31	At-will Fake ID casting (slightly psychic paper!). The ninth and tenth doctors tended to get a little absent-minded now and again, so maybe a ridiculously high intelligence with only a very high wisdom to back it up?
