I was wondering if there was anyone that could help me convert the newest Tom Clancy game, End War (which is awesome by the way) into a d20 setting? Most of the equipment in there would be around pl6, but I would still need help statting it all out.

Yes there is and there is even a Gears of War book out just recently... sometimes authors do faithful renditions of video games... S.D. Perry wrote the RE books!

Yeah, my brother got the book to get hyped up for the game, then realized the game wasn't going to be what he expected.

True book renditions of video games are never really like the game itself... the book based around the 2nd RE game had snippets that happened in play but never an exact copy!

The book for EW was released Feb08, a good couple of months before the game.

Well, let's start off with the Joint Strike Force (JSF, all info according to the EW main site):

M320 Spartan Mobile Artillery:
Crew: I'm guessing 4 (driver, gunner, navigator, guy who gives the other 3 directions)
Passengers: 0
Cargo: 2.5 tons
Initiative: -4
Maneuver: -4
Top Speed: ??
Defence: 8
Hardness: 15
Hit Points: 50
Size: Gargantuan (the d20 rules for vehicle size are odd)
Attacks:
155mm Howitzer: ?? damage (8d12 or more is my guess)

Never made anything for d20 without some sort of guideline, so I don't know how well this is done. Feel free to tear the Spartan to shreds.

First off link us to EW's site so we can help:D

Looks okay but what I never understood with d20 Modern is how some people like/dislike the idea of variable munitions in weapons during gameplay... they exist so why can't they be used in gameplay ; i.e. your Spartan fires an Airburst round {+1d20} that detonates over the target area... sure you have to keep track of what rounds the PC has but the PC also has to figure out which round to use his next turn! Then figure in PC wealth and how hard the GM makes finding the ammo they want to use

May I suggest building the stats with the d20 Mecha SRD? These are some real nice guidelines that allow you to build anything, scale it appropriately, and give it a price tag. It takes only a wee bit of reading to understand.

I've been trying to find the D20 Mecha document, but they've been gone since GoO went out of buisness.

A generalized mix of all of them. Right now it's nothing beyond a few bits written in a notebook with some mobile suit ideas.

Fixed, a bit. I haven't played the game so I can't know for sure.

16d12 for a Mobile Artillery unit... no complaints here on that... especially when your SPec Op unit grabs one and turns it on the enemy NPC's.:D

Step 1) GET THIS BOOK:
IMAGE(http://www.thecompleatstrategist.com/ProductImages/d20mil.jpg)
Amazon Link
Step 2) Since it uses the d20 Mecha SRD to stat its vehicles, you can very easily modify the vehicles within to be more "advanced." For example: I recommend modifying the Paladin Mobile Artillery for the Spartan.

Step 3) Enjoy.

I love that Military Vehicles book, not only does it stat a TON of today's military vehicles and their weapons from all around the world, but it also serves as a great launching point and frame of reference for designing new weapons and vehicles. I particularly like their formula for figuring out armor and HP. Some of the weapon stats can seem a little wonky, but its not hard to modify those.
