X-Corp developed an shield that was recovered form a alien craft. Using this technology and an purpose built power station began building an new city with the help of other surviving corporations and the government. Protect by the shield technology the world has began to thrive but in over crowed cities. Government still exists but the real power belongs to the mega corporations like X Corp.
“New City” was the first city to be built under the protection of the shield and is the largest in the world. Over 150 Mile Sq and an population nearing half a billion. Building started in the year 2050 and is still under construction. Covering most of the midlands in England.
X-CORP
(Xin Xang Corporation)
The leader in providing most services from consumer goods to military equipment. X-Corp is one of the most powerful mega corporations in the world. With offices all over the world, and on all three space platforms (NASA, Russia, and China) and on the lunar colony. The X-Corp is more powerful then many nations and just sly of the power level that super powers enjoy.
Structure: A world wide mega corporation, led by a large governing body of department directors.
Agenda: Maintain corporate profits, develop increasingly useful and expensive products, keep competitors in second place through pricing, marketing, research, and espionage, and prevent world government from taking a direct interest in X-Corp business practices.

Overview
X-Corp real name and not really know by the public knower days, named after its founder, The Xin Xang Corporation. Appeared in Japan early 1940s as a low level engineering and computer company, after a sort wile becoming one of the fastest growing engineering company in the reign, sales went up and the company spread it wings in to other areas of industry and at the same time move over the world and soon in to space. X-Corp main wealth comes from it military contracts and as well it medical advances. After the fall of most governments around the world, Epically England, X-Corp as its is know by then provides medical, military and police support, it is paid by rich corporations and companies that who no longer believe that government law enforcement can no longer keep them safe. X-Corp keeps these areas well cover. X-Corp is still growing to this date.
Structure
The running of X-Corp is hold by its board of directors, which holds most of its meetings at its headquarters in New City. At these meetings, the directors chart the progress of the corporation and what future venture will be. Each member of the board is the head director of a department of the corporation and have equal majority of the shears. Each Director has a deputy director, than vice president heads the department who presides over a collection of executives. Each executive are in charged of research and development, physical security, computer security, personal management, sales, marketing, and fences. Each of these executives supervise middle management who look after day to day running of a branch. The titles may change depending which department you look in to.
Base of Operations
There main base of operations is located in the Golden Centre, New City. Which is with out doubt is well defended. X-Corp has sever types of compounds: Branch offices, Medical, Law Enforcement, Forces, Research labs, Factories and Warehouses, Retail outlets, and Corporate Housing. X-Corp also has Currently the largest ship made by man named “Mother”.
Branch offices are the headquarters for a certain area operations and there is one in every major City. This is were the areas operations are supervised by department vice presidents.
Medical, these range from GP offices to Private Hospitals, there is at least one in every major city.(See Medical Service)
Law Enforcement, Corporate Police stations. Well manned and funded take over from government police force in corporate districts and wealthy areas. Again found in most major cities. (see X-Corp Police).
Forces, Well guarded private military compounds. Found in most metropolis.
Research Labs, were the most important developments happen, research is done on most thing, from medical to magic. There is not a thing that X-Corp is doing some sort of research in.
Factories and Warehouse, X-Corp owns and runs it own factories and warehouse this is were most X-Corp products are made. Security and very depending on what is being made or held there. Factories and warehouses owned by X-Corp are a Common sight around the world and 5% of the world employed work in X-Corp factories and warehouses.
Retail outlets, found all over. These places were customers buy X-Corp consumer products.
Corporate Housing and very for well maintained skyscrapers, condos and estates. Some larger compounds have private malls and provide everything that employees need on a day to day bases.
X-Corp security is very tight and strict. X-Corp has no interest in out sides (unless X-Corp is being paid for it severances) and has no problem in keeping it secrets, secret by any means possible.
Resources
As a whole, has the money, equipment, political pull, and personal. Any serious threat to the corporation draws the full might of the corporation, which is no lest that a major nations. Personal and compounds are well equipped. If the need a rises the corporation and have 30 men or more at a location in minutes, any more than that takes time and planning thro X-Corp has well lade plans in place for most situations and they are well practiced.
Involving the Heroes
X Corp recruits outsiders from time to time, for many reasons such as informants, for local knowledge, gun for hire and expert skills. The player may be involved if there old company gets taken over by X Corp.
Using X Corp
The character might be hired by X Corp as explained above, thou X Corp would never hire any one from the outside to work as security as they don’t trust there interests to outsiders. The also get involved with X Corp if they work with some other origination and X Corp raids there company. This could be for a number of reasons, information, steal new technology (anything), extracting an specific person or sabotage and so. Such raids are denied of all knowledge and X Corp will never allow such information become public knowledge. X Corp are good at covering there tracks. The hero’s could not bring down X Corp by them self but the could bring down an president of the corporations.
Another way that the heroes could be more involved with X Corp is to be already employed by X Corp or be part of many projects X Corp are running.
Learning About X Corp
Public information like name of corporate offices, address of its branch offices and information on products that will be sold to the public can be easily found. As a research and development also military operation are highly guarded. X Corp protects it technologies, highly key staff and information with any mean possible form it getting in to the hands of anyone out side of the corporation. X Corp makes sore that no one know the full picture of any of it projects.
