#1 zach94mn Aug 13, 2009 1:30:15	Finally the moment had come that i'd been waiting for for the past two weeks. My players had just made it to the end of the Keep on the Shadowfell adventure and Kalarel was defeated. Me "Kalarel drops to his knees and looks up." Kalarel (Me) "My lord Orcus.... please forgive me" Me "A tentacle shoots out from the portal and grabs Kalarel by the ankle. It rips his foot off and throws it acro- Brett (Ranger) "Hey can we like all kill him to together. Like I shoot an arrow, then T.J. (the warlock) shoots a magic missle, and then Derek (the fighter) can like run up and chop his head off?.... Me "....... No the thing in the portal grabs him Brett "Awww man" (sinks back into his chair) Me "Anyway..... The thing in the portal grabs onto Kalarel pulling him to the floor, then ripping off his foot and hurling it across the room. The tentacles then drag Kalarel screaming into the shadow rift." Brett "It would have been cooler my way." And this just totally ruined my moment. I had been looking forward to shocking them with the grousome and horrible death of Kalarel (that he so richly deserved). Then the ranger just blurts that out and totally ruins the moment. Anyway thought I'd turn this into a 1001 post so thats buzzkill number 1 lets get this list going.
