| #1EscherEnigmaMar 31, 2011 12:22:06 | [link] So apparently the word "Uterus" is inappropriate and sanctioned from the Florida state house of representatives. Wish I were making this up. |
| #2JhariiMar 31, 2011 12:25:29 | There's an entire population of people walking around just waiting to be offended. It's a sad, sad, society at times. |
| #3zombie_babiesMar 31, 2011 12:47:11 | How the **** is 'uterus' an inappropriate word? And if they're worried about the pages hearing it, what does that say about the quality of sex ed in their schools? 'When a mommy and daddy love each other very much (and are, most certainly a mommy and a daddy - no other combination will do) and are married (they have to be or it won't work), they send a letter (notarized) to the Stork and - if they pray real, real hard (to a Christian god, of course) - the Stork will come to them in the late night (sometime around 8pm) and rouse them from their slumber (in separate beds) with a gentle call and grace them (god willing) with a color coded (blue for boys and pink for girls - cuz boys can't like pink) blanket wrapped bundle of god given joy!' |
| #4homicidal_squirrelMar 31, 2011 12:54:24 | I seripously need to get the hell out of this hole. |
| #5boraxeMar 31, 2011 15:00:33 | Florida: America's wang. |
| #6sallaMar 31, 2011 16:57:08 | Oh, good grief. It's the standard, technical, scientific (whatever you want to call it) term for the organ. I think someone was just trying to raise an indignant smokescreen because he'd been proven wrong. |
| #7pluisjenMar 31, 2011 17:09:27 | This makes me wonder how young those pages are, that the word "uturus" would be bad for them. |
| #8jetshieldMar 31, 2011 17:15:29 | Next week they're going to deem words like mouth, nose, ears, toes, fingers, spleen, liver, muscle, bone, and, most certainly, brain inappropriate. |
| #9pluisjenMar 31, 2011 17:22:17 | Careful there jetshield, all those naughty words in a post... you could get banned for this! |
| #10jetshieldMar 31, 2011 17:30:07 | You're right Plu. I really shouldn't have used that nasty "b" word. It's certainly wrong to talk about something they don't have. |
| #11homicidal_squirrelMar 31, 2011 21:19:19 | This makes me wonder how young those pages are, that the word "uturus" would be bad for them. Well... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Foley_congres... |
| #12pluisjenApr 01, 2011 1:34:51 | So they're old enough to be receiving invitations for kinky business, but they're too young to be hearing the word "uterus". Right. Also funny how the police had to abort an investigation because congress simply "refused" to give them the information the police needed. Yay, politicians. |
| #13zombie_babiesApr 01, 2011 8:46:27 | So they're old enough to be receiving invitations for kinky business, but they're too young to be hearing the word "uterus". ... dood. You just used 'abort' and 'uterus' in the same post. They'd never, ever let you speak on that floor, sir. |
| #14pluisjenApr 01, 2011 8:52:03 | I'm saying it on a D&D forum. I'm certain they'll never see it anyway, as their SatanBeGone(tm) webfilter will not allow them to visit this place. Assuming they've at least advanced to the point where they've heard of this interwebz thing. Which I doubt, 'cause they haven't tried to ban it yet. |
| #15homicidal_squirrelApr 01, 2011 8:54:20 | So they're old enough to be receiving invitations for kinky business, but they're too young to be hearing the word "uterus". Pfft... that's nothing... www.miamiherald.com/2011/03/25/2133237/f... |
| #16Cpt_MichaApr 01, 2011 8:56:14 | Next week they're going to deem words like mouth, nose, ears, toes, fingers, spleen, liver, muscle, bone, and, most certainly, brain inappropriate. Well it's already proven inappropriate to use your brain while holding political office. So you may as well ban the word too. |
| #17boraxeApr 01, 2011 8:56:46 | So if they're going to stop saying the word "utereus" does that mean they'll stop trying to legislate it too? |
| #18homicidal_squirrelApr 01, 2011 9:00:03 | So if they're going to stop saying the word "utereus" does that mean they'll stop trying to legislate it too? Not a chance. This being Florida, theyy may withhold educational funds until school books are wiped clean of any possibly offensive words. |
| #19Cpt_MichaApr 01, 2011 9:01:20 | No politician from Florida, or any political talking head, commentator or otherwise for that matter that has anything to do with that state, or that would willingly endorse someone from that state has the right to insult Chicago and Illinois politics now. Jeeze, Squirrel. Can't you just go on another rampage? Just this time stay in Florida when you do it? |
| #20homicidal_squirrelApr 01, 2011 9:04:04 | No politician from Florida, or any political talking head, commentator or otherwise for that matter that has anything to do with that state, or that would willingly endorse someone from that state has the right to insult Chicago and Illinois politics now. I was thinking about it, but then they decided to regulate rampages. |
| #21KlirshonApr 01, 2011 9:46:57 | I would only approve of that venture if machines were granted governing authority afterwards. |
| #22Cpt_MichaApr 01, 2011 9:47:17 | We need to get rid of both of the Dem's and Rep's. It's the only way to be sure the country can survive. Or crawl out of the stone age we're going back to. It's not going to happen though. So get some marshmellows and get em ready because it's all going to burn down anyway. |
| #23MaxpersonApr 01, 2011 9:51:37 |
Did you read a few years back about Australia trying to ban Santas from saying "Ho! Ho! Ho!" due to it being offensive to women? www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,311797,00.h... |
| #24JhariiApr 01, 2011 10:02:20 |
Too funny. I didn't read this, but I am hardly surprised. |
| #25EscherEnigmaApr 01, 2011 10:30:56 | I was thinking about it, but then they decided to regulate rampages. Just incorporate yourself and they'll deregulate you, then you can go on all the rampages you want! |
| #26MechaPilotApr 01, 2011 22:50:34 | We need to get rid of both of the Dem's and Rep's. It's the only way to be sure the country can survive. Well, I used to disagrre with you. Last election I did all the research, voted for the candidates with the best record, and my candidates (most of them) won. Then the governor of my state did this. So I'll pretty much line up behind your concept of tear em both down. |
| #27homicidal_squirrelApr 01, 2011 23:12:36 | I would like to propose an amendment to the constitution regarding elected officials. It would require that at the end of their term (regardless of whether or not they run for re-election) they be publicly flogged. A special election would be held to determine the number of lashes as well as who administers the lashes. |
| #28toastedamphibianApr 02, 2011 5:15:52 | We need to get rid of both of the Dem's and Rep's. It's the only way to be sure the country can survive. That's the spirit! Puffed sugar and flames for everyone! |

Instill in young minds the seeds of S&M in an officially sanctioned capacity: I love it! |
| #30SomeoneApr 02, 2011 11:55:04 | Did you read a few years back about Australia trying to ban Santas from saying "Ho! Ho! Ho!" due to it being offensive to women? Well, Saint Nicholas (aka Santa Claus) is, among other things, the patron saint of prostitutes. Anyway, reminds me of the story of a state legislature wanting to redefine pi to just 3, because 3.14.... was too complicated. |
| #31yaeriApr 02, 2011 12:05:31 |
Isn't Australia kinda notorious for this kind of behaviour? I remember last year they wanted to ban women with small breasts from commercials (about lingerie for example) and movies with sex scenes and the like, because... dum dum dum dum... it would promote ****. Linkie |

| #34jetshieldApr 02, 2011 18:13:36 | Alabama family trees are only complicated if you can't follow a straight line. ![]() |
| #35Mad_JackApr 02, 2011 20:10:58 | We need to get rid of both of the Dem's and Rep's. It's the only way to be sure the country can survive. Actually, what we need to do is make it so that each party has to run on the other party's political platform and is legally responsible for implementing their policies if they get passed into law... |
| #36pluisjenApr 03, 2011 12:37:45 |
Wow. If they don't like complicated, they could just close down all universities and schools and go live in caves again. |
| #37calronmoonflowerApr 03, 2011 17:30:03 | This thread reminds me of a saying: We don't have two parties, we have a Big Government Party© with a left and right wing. |

Holy . What a bunch of boobs. |

| #40zombie_babiesApr 04, 2011 10:13:16 | Not for long. Small boobs = child and we don't wanna encourage people to be attracted to children. |
| #41homicidal_squirrelApr 04, 2011 10:24:26 | Not for long. Small boobs = child and we don't wanna encourage people to be attracted to children. Damn... now I'm going to have to report myself... ![]() |
| #42zombie_babiesApr 04, 2011 10:29:07 | You may as well report me, too. I got a li'l turned on by the whole affair. ![]() |
| #43EscherEnigmaApr 04, 2011 10:34:08 | Not for long. Small boobs = child and we don't wanna encourage people to be attracted to children. ... is that why you can buy padded bikinni tops for 8 year olds? Edit: Sorry, there was an extraneous "not" in there. Truth is you can buy padded bikinni tops for 8 year olds at Abercrombie and Fitch. |
| #44homicidal_squirrelApr 04, 2011 11:03:51 | You guys make me so proud sometimes. Reported! |
| #45homicidal_squirrelApr 04, 2011 11:14:00 | It was a pretty lame post. There are far better ways o making fun of Fox News. Also, RH's response was pretty tame. Maybe you should post something in it and rile people up. |

| #48jetshieldApr 18, 2011 10:12:34 | Update: The South Florida Raging Grannies have a new song. Yeah, I know the thread is probably best forgotten, but too bad. I found it humorous, and I wasn't goin to start a new thread for it. |
