Did you read the bio at the end? That finished me. With a side of infinite oregano.

My wife was cutting up food with a large knife when I began reading this article in my angry rant voice... she almost stabbed herself laughing.

She was preparing the infinite oregano to smother your players with, wasn't she? Admit it! Oregano abuser!

I'm speechless and dumbfounded...this is the perfect example of what we'd sound like if we were on a cooking forum...its terrifying. However, we must have more moderation on the cooking forum because there wasn't a huge fight when they brought up oregano abuse, which is obviously a loophole the better joy cookbook did not mean to be there...I'm still waiting for the eratta.

But seriously, this was frickin' spectacular.:D Thanks for sharing!!

The funniest part is that there are some people who are going to be deeply offeneded by this and rant about it, completely oblivous to the irony.

Actually she was going to prove to that idiot that the eggs benedict could be made RAW (recipe as written) and that the sauce wouldn't separate.:D

Sheer excellence!
If you can't laugh at yourself, you shouldn't be laughing at anyone else.

Of course, someone, somewhere, will be offended by that article.

I think the writer may have actually lurked here for a bit lately in order to get such an accurate impression, 'cause LordOrcus sounds like the majority of the grognards ranting about how 4e sucks.

Where are the recipes for chatting with friends while cooking? Where are the recipes for conversation over the meal? When I throw a dinner party, I want it to be a PARTY. I guess the idiots who use the Better Joy Cookbook just cook and eat in stony silence, never saying a word or even looking each other in the eye.

It's funny 'cause some people can't do things the books don't tell 'em to do.
