| #4bone_nagaMay 04, 2013 18:17:39 | His sister said he was not in shock...well there you have it! No need to bring medical professionals into this or anything. Seriously, this is dumb. This happens all the time overseas. Guys get blown up or otherwise lose limbs and they are in shock (or often a combination of shock and TBI) and don't feel it at the time. That aside, I'm really having difficulty understanding how that proves that the government was behind it. |

Yeah but you you really havnt discredited it, I mean come one, the guy felt no pain, none! That proves that the government was behind it!!! |
| #9EscherEnigmaMay 04, 2013 19:08:28 | There's a joke about "walking a mile in someone else's shoes" here, relating to this woman's inability to imagine that someone else might have a different reaction then her own theoretical (not actual) reaction. |

As always, you bring up a good point. We need to blow off this lady's legs so she knows what it like. Then, and only then, will we be able to be 100% certain that the government is behind this, like the 9-11 attacks. |
| #11Robin_HoodlumMay 05, 2013 7:36:40 | I say blow her legs off and then ask her if it hurts. It's the only way to find out for sure. And it will be fun! |
| #12KlirshonMay 05, 2013 18:09:25 | Had this occurred today instead of the 1st of May, this would be much more appropriate considering today is Idiot Day. |
| #13zombie_babiesMay 06, 2013 8:53:27 | Shock does some messed up stuff. One story I read was about a soldier that was brought behind the lines to be fixed up. Some shrapnel had opened his guts up and they were not totally inside of him anymore. At some point someone is placed next to him ... and on top of his intestines. He looked over to the guy and politely asked him to get off of his intestines. Calm as could be. Another story was about this guy what got shot bad enough that he couldn't move. He was sitting up against a tree waiting for either help to arrive or the VC to execute him as they were walking through the wounded and killing them all. As luck would have it, a VC found him and put a pistol up to his eyeball, taunted him and pulled the trigger. He lived. When people saw him come in after his guys found him, he was sitting up calmly on a stretcher and smoking a cigarrette like nothing happened. Shock is pretty crazy. |
