I was just curious to see if the series was going to become another Wheel of Time. I enjoy the books, might even say it is my favorite series to date. |

These are the books released so far: -A Game of Thrones -A Clash of Kings -A Storm of Swords (split into 2 parts in the UK) -A Feast for Crows Books to be released: -A Dance with Dragons -The Winds of Winter -A Dream of Spring So 7 books total, of which 4 have been released. Note that A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons were originally supposed to be one book, but got split into two when they became too long. That means the same might happen with The Winds of Winter and A Dream of Spring too. And yes, there is an HBO series being made in partnership with the BBC, just like Rome. The pilot is due to start filming in Northern Ireland in October. If it gets picked up as a series, it'll probably be on screen in late 2010.
