Oh, this is also not a great idea. Like, it'd be easy as hell to justify aggression against another country over this. 'Hey, some those Anonymous doods have IP addresses that originate in your country, South Korea. Either arrest them and get them to stop or we'll start lobbin' missiles at ya.' Unlikely, sure, but I don't think NK really needs another reason to act all aggressive. And the deifinitely don't need anything to make them look like a victim. It's just not smart to give them that kind of cred.
