No, you're to sit there and keep your mouth shut.
Also that guy should have listened to his lawyer.

How/why is he being charged with ammo possession if everything in the car was fake?

I see a reference to fake weapons, but I didn't find where it said everything was fake. It is possible he had fake weapons with real ammo and that is why he has no weapon charges against him.

That's ok the police threaten people with cameras to be arrested for possesing a weapon. They point at the camera or the picket signs and say "That's a weapon". By the time they get through the system its a week later and they probably wish they had just given in...

Something that has absolutely nothing to do with the article in the OP or the current discussion.

So reckless actions and inconvenience were enough to raise bail?  I don't understand what he did that was reckless outside of what he was charged with.  And inconveniencing people?  That's what happens when your car breaks down.  I mean, unless everyone that stops traffic through no fault of their own gets charged with something, I fail to see how that's relevant.  And seriously what did he do that was reckless?  Fake weapons are reckless?  This is just stupid all around.  He does sound like he may be a nutbag, though.  Still, I hate seein' stuff done like that when it makes zero sense.

I agree Z_B but it sounds like there might be quite a bit more to this story than was in the article, so I'm reserving judgment for now.

It's Florida, and they are looking for every dime they can get. Trumped up charges isn't something new to them in order to do it.

That's fair.

That's not.  But it is possible.
