Trying to figure out what was happening to my friends cousin which was suffering from pain after his surgery with stryker hip replacement devices until I found some blogs about it. Actually, I can’t imagine this device is very much complicated and very dangerous. It was said in their site that the stryker corporation itself announced a voluntary recall to their two devices which are the stryker rejuvenate and stryker ABG II. The problem is, his now on trauma to go to hospital and have some check-up due to this kind of illness. He is afraid to be part of filing a stryker hip lawsuit to claim for their compensation. He doesn’t know what to do now. As well as the family members. Anyone could advice?

Ignore the cynic. It will be hard on the family and in all likelyhood the rat bastards will fold under bankruptcy like so many others - its going to take a long time to get anything and will likey cause some hardship. I cant say whether participation in the suit itself is a good idea or not. It might be best to go with it.

Class Action suits are really only good for the lawyers.  What you get is a pittance of the settlement and the inability to try to get more money from suing on your own.  Awesome, no?

Or, skip the lawsuit and hip replacement surgery and just fix your tight/bad hip yourself.  This Tendonitis guy showed me how to fix my whacked out, crunchy shoulder the doctors wanted to do surgery on.  It's not that hard, and there's not that much difference in the causes of a bad shoulder or a bad hip.   It's all tightness and not enough nutrition.
