That's fine. Everyone is different. I'm not sure why certain sounds have a physical effect on me but they do. A specific band also doesn that to me as well and I enjoy their sound- Evanesance. Once I brought their cd on my paper route and it was the only one so I couldn't change it.
I had a horrible headache by the time that was through. Now I get a headache before one song is done, unfortunately. So its not like I abhor all metal- it just has the physical effect on me that actually hurts which is unfortunate because I enjoy listening to lots of different music. But since I'd rather feel like I don't want to scream I stay away from headache-causing stuff. A pity as this next one is folk metal and yet so beautiful that even a machine can appreciate it...

My database is having issues locating one similar with a different vocalist. All it could locate was this one and it is the same singer but with english lyrics (with finnish accent).
I've come to the conclusion that I don't enjoy finnish music. I like the sound but then when the artist sings I don't like the voice which is very important to me when listening to music. Maybe I'd like finnish female music, lol. The artists you showed me sounded..... harsh. What genre are they? They didn't induce any headaches.

I don't hate men. Just in some music I prefer a female voice and it seems that way to me for Finnish artists. I didn't like the sound of the male voices presented to me. Perhaps eventually I'll find one that I do enjoy. I like plenty of other male artists in other genres. Growing up I LOVED boy bands like Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync. I like Nickelback, Of Monsters and Men, The Fray, and other artists I recognize that I like them but can't put and name on them. There are TONS of Christian and Country male artists I enjoy the voice of. But, its voice, sound and lyrics I look for in music. If even one of those is missing or off I tend to not enjoy it as a whole.

I mean, just because I've liked something for years doesn't make it a bad thing. That's the thing about music for me- I only ever add to my library and never take away, haha.
I really love this about Christian artists like her and her band. Having a Christian label really impedes what most Christian artists set out to do in the first place because they end up mostly reaching only already Christian audiences.

I do not have crushes on movies stars- that's just weird. I just enjoy the stories of the POTC movies. I'll be honest, I didn't even know who Johnny Depp was until like after the second POTC movie because I didn't care who played Jack but rather that Jack was an important character to the story being told.
I also really like magically-themed things as well which is why Charmed is one of my favorite series. I don't have a crush on any of the main men in it. Meh, I just never got into the "who is hotter?" thing....
