Gotta love Florida. You can always count on at least one (usually more) totally assinine news stories coming out of that state every day.

At least they are finally creating jobs...

At least they're not bickering on how other layers of the gov are doing a too good job.

(have I told anyone how ... interesting ... belgium politics can get)

I would surmise that this article took way more time and effort to write than it did for a senator to sign his name to a paper he probably had very little care or input on.

It's stupid no matter how much work was or wasn't put into it.  With the way things are, a call to table the stupid bill in favor of working on stuff that's more important - even if only symbolic rather than actually saving time - would have been far better received and indicated the heads of these politicians were in the correct place and not firmly stuck up their anuses.

Your comment indicates that you have more faith in politicians than I do. I believe this just confirms that they have their heads securely stuck up their ****.

Nah, I think the fact that they did the opposite of what I said they should have done indicates my faith in them.  As in, I don't have any.  It's something they should have known and didn't.  So yeah, their not doing what would have made them at least appear not to have their heads in their rectums indicates that that is where their craniums surely sit.

Funniest thing is the new gov. Rick Scott had this slogan for his campaing that said "Let's get to work."

He got to work.  What would you guys do without a state amphibian?

Well... that is true. Without a state amphibian the Florida economy would tank, we would has mass suicides, China would help Cuba invade Florida, we would become slaves to communists, and homosexuality would run rapant destroying the fabric of families in Florida.

Exactly.  Now all you have to worry about is the amphibians that were not voted in massing together and rioting.  Overall not so bad.

I still say the Toasty-Mel ship was the best by far.

Certainly better than anything involving Puppet, Bane, or their progeny. Glad my character survived as one of the few that was never seriously shipped.

Sometimes, I miss those days.

Wasn't Z_B's character a crazy old guy? Followed later by an undead bartender? And I don't recall him getting shipped with anyone. Unless that "at least" was geniune relief and not some sort of incomprensible dig. I honestly can't tell.

I picked b0jo because you two had a lot of back and forth during the edition wars, and the obvious joke was "lulz, ship whoever is most angry with each other".

Z_B's character was a crazy old guy, kind of. With a scorpion that he talked to and that would sting him all the time, but he didnt mind, on account of being immune to posion cause he was dead and all.

The scorpions name was Mel, a fine lass.

The bartender you are refeering to was dubbed "Licky Pete".

Yep, this was it.  And then in the other EW I played an NPC magical rodent of some sort named Carruthers Carrothers (CC).  Good times.
