Did Hulk have a emo hair cut?

Dude, the Hulk is the OG emo kid. None of he other heroes like him, and he's full of angst.

But more seriously, Hulk is my favourite character in this show. He's arguably best written. Well, it does say a lot about character depth of the Avangers (compared to, for instance, the JLU), but it's certainly entertaining. Apart from the introductory episodes (before they team up) it's all good.
And things get Kirby-size crazy pretty quick.
I also like how the old canon is mixed with movie and Ultimate in this show (Mahr Vehl, yeah!).

Really tough, Hulk in this show is a lot like 60s Spider-Man in memes: he just doesn't give a crap about anything

No.  Emo hair cuts itself.

Why was Nick Fury black?

Because Samuel L Jackson was going to kick all their  **** if they didnt give the role to him, got to admit though he makes a better Nick Fury than David Hasslehoff

Why was Nick Fury black?

In the Ultimates universe, Colonel Nick Fury has become General Nick Fury, a black guy that the artists modeled after Samuel L. Jackson.  Which means, since the movie versions of Iron Man, Captain America, and The Avengers are based (at least partially) on the Ultimates universe, Samuel L. Jackson is essentially playing himself.

Disney is starting to do what WB did for DC: quality cartoons. That's what I hoped it would do and here we are
There's also an Ultimate Spidey show in the works.

But I HATE the ultimates. They screw everything up. Who thought that putting some twincest between Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver was a good idea, and why? So much more, too. It is just stupid! GAH!

In the first season Fury is pretty much the old Fury, just black. The movie universe is actually assumed to be mostly standard canon, with a few exceptions. This Avengers show mixes and matches several canons, with Ultimate black Fury and Mahr Vehl, movie Iron Man and standard issue Ant Man/Giant Man and Thor.
Oh, and I loved the first Ultimate X-Men volume as well as their redesign.
