It replaces lost proteins quickly, increases your energy level and then there's the whole findings on cocoa. Also, the chocolate in it can improve your mood so if you push yourself a lil too hard, and find yourself irritable it can negate that some what. I love how these schools are suddenly under attack for serving 'bad things11111' and yet it's the same stuff we all ate. I'm not fat, I'm dead on for the weight I'm supposed to be and always have been. It's called being active. Oh right... Physical Education is the devil cause that mean ol gym teacher made us do physical activity and pushed us to get better.... |
