#6 zombie_babies Jan 19, 2011 10:25:48	Both of those stories are awesome.    I do worry about the unicorn, though.  For whatever reason, he's been required to wear boxing gloves while the bear has not.  That's just not fair.

I pity that poor woman.  Customers can be real jerks.  And yes, I would consider stall tactics involving drawings of spiders and claims of time travel to be "jerk".

Stall tactics like that are cute when they work, but when you get a "pay withing 7 days or else" you are only hurting yourself when you try to stall with stuff like this, because the clock will continue to tick. I've dealt with these people before (though not in the same context) and they're only annoying when they have power over you, but when it's the other way around (such as in the example) it's just pityful. At worst, she's going to drag him to court, but I doubt she's really going to care much about his shenanigans. In fact, considering the business she's in, I can only assume that messages like these are far better then usual sobbing or screaming that she's probably used to by now.
#11 EscherEnigma Jan 19, 2011 13:11:23	Nah.  I'm not at the front desk anymore so it's the student workers that get that part of the story.  I just get a note that says "please waive the fines for X person" Though I have had people that, after accumulating an embarrassing amount of fines on their account will come in and create a new account claiming to be their own father or son.
