| #4Mad_JackJan 03, 2013 19:16:24 | Note to self: Iceland is stupid. You'd think by now, considering even old people living in mud huts herding goats have internet connections and the overwhelming number of examples floating around online, it would have finally occurred to people that when you pass laws with good intentions you should leave room in the laws for common sense and the ability to adapt to special circumstances. Although I can understand the fact that the name doesn't match up with the grammatical rules of their language, the fact that the mother says she knows of at least one previous case of the name being granted should make this a moot point. |
