| #2zombie_babiesMay 14, 2013 11:41:28 | I don't drive if I've been drinking. They could lower it from .08 to .00 for all I care. |
| #3draco1119May 14, 2013 11:50:08 | "I sure hope I slide into a family of six tonight!" Seriously... Whatevs. As long as they don't lower it to .02, since that's about what a dose of NyQuil will get you. |
| #4Cpt_MichaMay 14, 2013 12:25:25 | Nah, we as drinkers won't be affected at all by this. Because we have experience and we know when we shouldn't drive. Now for the teeotalers out there, who will end up trying some one day? Yeah this might affect them. Because they're too stupid and inexperienced to know better. The people that drive at any point after they've been drinking for abit should be killed in a fire. |
| #5draco1119May 14, 2013 12:40:06 | True. Sadly, they often end up killing someone else in a fire. ![]() |
| #6ADHadhMay 15, 2013 7:03:18 | The drunkards won't abide by this law anyway, so what's the point? ![]() |
| #7zombie_babiesMay 15, 2013 12:49:20 | Exactly! We'll just have to ban booze ... again. |
| #8homicidal_squirrelMay 15, 2013 13:23:00 | Exactly! We'll just have to ban booze ... again. I see investment oppontunities on the horizon. |
| #9zombie_babiesMay 15, 2013 13:52:35 | I really hope we don't ban booze again. All sorts of good, honest Americans will be forced to depend upon Canadianistani savages once again. Sick, bro. Totally sick. |
| #10draco1119May 15, 2013 14:46:59 | But the Chicago and Massachusetts politicians will live it. Just like old times! |
| #11zombie_babiesMay 15, 2013 14:52:32 | I hope it gives 'em all brain cancer. |
| #12sfdragonMay 15, 2013 14:53:35 | bootlegged beer |
| #13homicidal_squirrelMay 15, 2013 15:17:33 | But the Chicago and Massachusetts politicians will live it. Just like old times! What does it matter as long as you can still get alcohol? |
| #14zombie_babiesMay 15, 2013 15:40:51 | Cuz it's Canadianistani alcohol? They can't make a beer that doesn't taste like it came from a skunk's ass and their whiskies are noted for how well they vanish in a mix - like the French in a war - but more importantly, like a 'good' vodka (whatever that means). If that's all ya got, it's time to start smokin' crack. |

Weak whiskey? lol try Forty Creek for a strong taste and stop drinking our discount swill thats for the welfare bums and homeless on those long winter nights. There are plenty of terrible beers brewed in Canada true, but theres plenty in the USA as well, Olde English 800 is urine in an oversized beer bottle from Wisconsin. |
| #18homicidal_squirrelMay 15, 2013 18:21:09 | Pfft... Everyone knows Wisconsin isn't part of the U.S. |
| #19CorranHornIsAwesomeMay 15, 2013 18:38:16 | Pfft... Everyone knows Wisconsin isn't part of the U.S. They should be, though. Cheese, man! |
| #20homicidal_squirrelMay 15, 2013 18:48:29 | No. End of discussion. |
| #21PontiacMay 15, 2013 18:57:41 | oh come on now, you know you want a big wheel of cheddar and a warm Olde English 800 to wash it down under an American Flag waving in the breeze in good old Wisconsin. |
| #22CorranHornIsAwesomeMay 15, 2013 19:02:47 | oh come on now, you know you want a big wheel of cheddar and a warm Olde English 800 to wash it down under an American Flag waving in the breeze in good old Wisconsin. You'd have to throw some nekkid black guys in there to get anyone around here interested in that. |
| #23zombie_babiesMay 16, 2013 8:15:23 | um plenty of canadian beers out class american beers, Steam Whistle Pilsner trumps all beer period. Weak whiskey? lol try Forty Creek for a strong taste and stop drinking our discount swill thats for the welfare bums and homeless on those long winter nights. Umm ... no. Canadian whiskey is noted for being light. Seriously, look it up. Now there may be a few outliers here and there, sure, but overall the whiskey of the colony is known as light. Just how it is. Pilsner is easily the worst type of beer. If your best is a Pilsner ya'all probably ain't got much in the way of good beer. Aside from that, I wouldn't be surprised in the least to find that it's skunky as hell as pretty much every 'beer' I've been unfortunate to sample from that 'country' has been straight skunk. There are plenty of terrible beers brewed in Canada true, but theres plenty in the USA as well, Olde English 800 is urine in an oversized beer bottle from Wisconsin. Yeah, there's bad. I don't recall ever denying that fact so I'm wondering why, exactly, you've decided to bring it up. As a matter of fact, I frequently call people on their beer choices because they choose the mass brewed stuff that the big companies make. So yeah, what's the point? America has a massive number of micro-breweries that make some really amazing stuff. In Canada, 4% of beer makers are considered to be craft brewers. In America, it's 97%. Quite simply, if you want to find quality beer, America is a vastly better option than Canada. I mean, it's simple numbers. We care more about good beer because more companies successfully make specialty brews. We have more beers to choose from - an incredible number more, in fact. It's just a fact. |
| #24draco1119May 16, 2013 9:32:47 | As a matter of fact... Is that a fact? Do you, in fact, have a link that you can, in fact, post - preferably linking to a fact-checking website? |
| #25zombie_babiesMay 16, 2013 11:53:46 | The funny thing? I didn't even mean to do it this time. The last time, though, in that place that would be cool if it actually existed, I did it on purpose. I guess I broke my brain when I did. ![]() Of course, I could always edit the post - after quoting yours - and make you look like a fool. ![]() |
| #26draco1119May 16, 2013 11:57:04 | Like it would be the first time... ![]() |
| #27Cpt_MichaMay 16, 2013 12:39:20 | Unfortunately ZB for every "light" whiskey they make we make an equally terribad one. We have two...three brands which are some how wildly successful in Jim Beam, Wild Turkey and JD. Now leave my Forty Creek alone! ![]() |
| #28zombie_babiesMay 16, 2013 13:04:04 | America is also full of craft distilleries and they make whiskies and bourbons that are quite good to excellent in quality. ![]() |
| #29LadyNeferRaMay 17, 2013 8:00:59 | Went to a whiskey tasting once. My Dad was horrified when I said I liked the bourbon best. Actually it all tasted like jet fuel to me, though. |
| #30KlirshonMay 17, 2013 9:01:12 | Why did you ever drink jet fuel? Humans can't process it properly. |
| #31homicidal_squirrelMay 17, 2013 9:13:34 | Why did you ever drink jet fuel? Humans can't process it properly. Someone figured she wouldn't know what bourbon was, so they gave her some jet fuel and told her it was bourbon. |
| #32zombie_babiesMay 17, 2013 10:20:25 | Have you tried Angel's Envy yet? It's pretty good. |
| #33homicidal_squirrelMay 17, 2013 10:37:41 | Have you tried Angel's Envy yet? It's pretty good. No, I haven't. Is it good? I just looked it up, and its website says it's finished off in port barrels. It sounds interesting. |
| #34zombie_babiesMay 17, 2013 11:39:25 | Yeah, it's interesting. Mild, too. I had it on the rocks with a li'l lemon. Quite tasty and very easy to drink. |
| #35homicidal_squirrelMay 17, 2013 12:08:42 | Interesting. The aging in port barrels intrigues me. I may just get some. If I don't like it, I can always give it away to someone. |
| #36zombie_babiesMay 17, 2013 13:09:29 | You'll like it. I mean, it's a quality bourbon. ;) |
| #37CorranHornIsAwesomeMay 17, 2013 14:18:04 | You'll like it. I mean, it's a quality bourbon. ;) That's not always enough. Dosen't RH drink PBR? Even I hate that stuff. |
| #38zombie_babiesMay 17, 2013 14:55:40 | You'll like it. I mean, it's a quality bourbon. ;) What does what you just said have anything to do with what you quoted? |
| #39CorranHornIsAwesomeMay 17, 2013 15:16:10 | You'll like it. I mean, it's a quality bourbon. ;) Quality dosen't mean that everyone will ike it. ![]() |

| #41homicidal_squirrelMay 17, 2013 19:39:33 | Quality dosen't mean that everyone will ike it. Yes, this is veery true, and I appreciate the recomendation from ZB because I know he won't recomend terrible drinks. |
| #42homicidal_squirrelMay 17, 2013 19:42:13 | You'll like it. I mean, it's a quality bourbon. ;) PBR is gutter swill. Fortunately RH learned the error of his ways and has upgraded. |
| #43Cpt_MichaMay 17, 2013 22:32:46 | You say that.... wait till he ends up strapped for cash but a need for booze again. |
| #44QmarkMay 17, 2013 22:37:14 | stay home. get utterly fitshaced. problem solved. |
