Whenever something has gone awry with a package, usually due to the royal mail's ineffective service they have sorted out and always been nice. Just a couple of days ago we had a package delivered, however since living on campus with a bunch of neanderthals, someone stole it while it was in the mailbox, ripped open threw the box and invoice on the ground and ran off with my games, and now amazon have said they'll send new ones. This has been a public service announcement :D |

One lady who ordered books regularly would buy 20-30 books and send all but a few back. Amazon covered all of that S&H. The returns people hated her. |

Well December comes, and no presents, so he calls Amazon. They are more than glad to help, and they resend the entire shipment. The new shipment arrives in less than a week. Then right before New Years Eve, the original package arrives, about two months after the order... So yes, they have excellent customer service... |
