On that note, why the hell is Seven Brides for Seven Brothers a good "family film"? The central plot involves kidnapping six women, singing at them a lot and then hoping the stockholme syndrome took hold. The entire thing is wrapped up with six shotgun weddings. How is this a "family film"?
