I would eat it, but the sauce is the mystery.  "Enquiring" minds want to know.

10 more comments and I'll tell how to make the sauce haha

EDIT: screw the comments lol when you make this you just gotta keep tasting it to make it right.
Maple honey lots of it.
spicy mustard
cut it with milk (just a little) to make it smooth
a few pinches of curry powder for some kick
blend it with a fork.

It can go either way, I prefered to go with sweet because the bacon was maple, but its whatever you feel like going with.

spicy mustard

What kind?  Sweet hot mustard, Deli spicy brown mustard, Chinese hot mustard?  None of the above?

When I first saw the pic I thought they were pig's feet and I was gonna say those are disgusting. I've eaten many strange things, many of which were actually rather good, but pig's feet are not one of them.

But upon actually reading, it sounds rather good. I'll have to try it out one day.

If it was me I'd say spicy brown or dejon mustard. Chinese mustard is good in very small doses.

Dijon's a good idea!  Never even crossed my mind.

On the subject of great food I picked up a pair of boneless new york steaks a little while ago. I'm going to grill them up here in a bit. Make some potatoes to go with them; those are in the oven already.

Nothing on them but pepper and garlic, can't be beat.

post pics?

Agreed.  I'm not saying sauces or marinades are bad, but if you have a nice cut of something or some great produce, it is sometimes nice to leave the natural flavors be.
