Hmm ... I'm actually a fan of quite a few varieties and am always trying to expand my range. Overall - due to ease of access - I'd have to say a simple pepper jack is what I find myself drawn to. Not very ... refined, no, but not bad. The last time I ate at Mallorca (a restaurant, not the place), we had a wonderful appetizer of apples paired with manchego cheese. Quite an interesting pairing due not only to flavor but texture as well. Quite good. Oh, and goat cheese is pretty awesome, too.

Yeah, I've seen some of those "tragic" or "deep" episodes... I really wish I didn't. Much uproar about ealry 2000s webcomic level drama. I don't think AT really should have gone for so long.
Bravest Warriors is way better and the episodes are shorter, which is usually a plus in shows that run on weirdness.
