Fighter, Warlock, Rogue, Wizard, Warlord, Sorceror, Bard, Cleric, Paladin, Warden, Druid, Shaman, etc. Ah, with so many adventuring classes, doesn't anyone have a normal job anymore? Let's work up some normal people as PC classes, just for yucks.

Drinker (role?)
Class Ability: Tie One On
At-Will Utility
Keyword: Alcohol
Drinker may consume 1d6+CON consecutive pints of any alcoholic beverage in one swallow each. Fortitude save at DC20 or character is Schnocked (lasts until end of next extended rest), then secodnary effect takes over, "Hungover".

Secondary Effect: Character is Hungover. (save ends)

Schnocked: Everything you try to do is at -4, even speaking coherently. Each round, roll to save. Failure indicates violent vomiting which looks and smells disgusting, but makes an adjacent square difficult terrain.

Hungover: Speed is halved. Head throbs. Mouth is dry and tastes like a gnoll took a dump in it. Attacks gain Increased Critical as you try to put an end to anything making noise. (save ends)

Builds:
Social Drinker
Chronic Alcoholic

Hit Points per Level Gained: 1
Healing Surges per Day: 1

Yes. I went there. It was a terrible deed, but someone needed to do it.
